    Help me access my account


    Hello,

    My family member made a hotmail account. I had set my playstation account up with this, after changing my password many times I have lost access to the account and have been locked out - during this time i have changed phone number and as my family member had set this up many years prior I dont have the recent information needed to get back into the account. However i am still paying a recurring fee from this account monthy and have been for the past couple years. I need to find a way to access this account again. I have the password for my login however I am currently locked out as i need a pin which is being emailed to my hotmail account which is also locked out...

    Please help.

    Hello Pingbear, I'm sorry about what happened to your account, but the information they gave you from support is correct, if they activated 2FA on the account it is not possible to recover the account.

    Unfortunately this is a public forum and as independent consultants we don't have access to the same tools and information that support has to provide you.

    thanks for the help but i have access to my microsoft account the hacker switched the primary alias and took my minecraft and xbox accounts and left me with nothing and microsoft made me make new accounts and made me buy minecraft again
