As part of our initial troubleshooting, kindly make sure that you are logged in using the same Microsoft account where you purchased the Robux and see if your transaction was successful. You may check it by going to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Once confirmed that your purchase was successful, re-sync your Xbox profile from your console. Kindly logout from your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in.

    Please note that in this public community forum, we are gamers like you trying to help and guide other players. This means that we do not have access to other accounts or access to other users' information.

    If you just processed your order, please wait at least 24 hours for it to reflect on your Roblox account. If it's more than 24 hours and you have not receive your Robux even if your order is confirmed on Microsoft's end, try to log out from your Roblox account and check again.

    Not quite helpful.

    I used to be able to robux before. This isn't ingame. It's in the app. You cannot use points to purchase on the website.

    You can buy robux on PC. On the Microsoft app version. Ive tried resetting etc.

    Weridly enough I can buy robux on my other Microsoft account but its not sufficient in credits but I never used it. While when I did buy robux all of the orders went there. Not through my current one.
