    Hello, 2 months ago I redeemed codes for the mincraft capes and till this day nothing happened. I still dont have them. Yes I used right E-mail. I even have screenshot that I redeemed it. What should I do or who should I contact?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issue with your capes. Can you confirm on what device do you play Minecraft? If you play Java Edition, please note that you will have to activate the capes in Bedrock first.

    Please open Minecraft Bedrock then go to Dressing Room > Capes. After activating the capes in Bedrock, please try to restart your Minecraft Launcher and see if they will now show in your Java capes.

    If the capes will still not show up in both Bedrock and Java, please try to reach out to Minecraft support so they can help you with your capes. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new...
