    I'm in Australia and want to speak to a human. I cannot access my xbox account. Was hacked and they changed my phone and email so I cannot access it. Why is it so hard to access phone support??

    From there you can use a new email address to recover your account and have the Microsoft team contact you.

    Please refrain from creating duplicate threads. As stated in your original thread, you would have to try replying to the email you received denying your refund. That is the only way to contact the refund specialists.
