Minecraft add-on download issue

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Basing on your forum category, your son is playing on mobile or is he on a different platform? Can you confirm which add-ons are you trying to download?

If you haven't tried it yet, please try to clear your Minecraft Marketplace cache.

1. Navigate to Settings and select Storage.

2. Click Clear Marketplace Cache.

3. Restart Minecraft and retry your download.

You can also try to check if using a different network will work like data/hotspot when downloading the add-ons. If the same issue will persist and the add-ons still won't download, you may need to reach out to Minecraft support so they can help. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new...

It looks like, for whatever reason, it's not yet available on the Xbox Store. It should be today but on Xbox One hasn't happened just yet. You are far from the only person seeing this.

This page looks like it's updating with when the episode is actually live across platforms:

telltale.com/.../when-will-episode-8-be-released-

Note that on that page Xbox 360 now says it's "Available" while Xbox One still says today's date - when that changes to "Available" too, you should be able to download it.

You might have to download it from in the game itself. Some add-ons, especially in Minecraft, are usually downloaded in game, and don't show up as an add-on in the manage game section.

When I look it up in the store it says its already installed so i cant do anything but it isnt in the manage game section and it isnt in ready to install
