how do i get VANISHED capes back?

Some capes vanished from my inentory in minecraft, i cant find it on the minecraft laucher for java and in the locker section in bedrock. The capes were "Minecraft 1st birhday cape", "Cherry Blossom cape" and "MCC 15TH ANNIVERSARY" cape. i would like to know if there is a solution to this problem.i tried to fix it by disinstalling and downloading minecraft and exit and enter the microsoft account but it doesent work.I would like to know how i get my capes back since they are so old i dont want to throw my capes in the ️. Please somone help me. Thanks
