I wanted to lower the volume of my earbuds because they were so loud when I got them. I keep getting 50-60 db when I tried putting my volume to the lowest. Since I’m doing this on my phone I’m able to lower the volume even more, but if I try doing it I can’t hear any audio.

you would have to consult with the manufacturer. This is Xbox tech-support

    Earbuds

If you’re asking if there are earbuds that natively work the answer is no. However you can add a Bluetooth adapter to the headphone jack and do it that way

Xbox One S Audio Stuck on Headset Profile

For anyone still plagued with this issue, with wireless headphones, you'll need a controller with an audio jack or the adapter.

My Xbox One S, with the September 2018 patch, simply disconnect the wireless headphones and plug standard headphones or cell phone earbuds into the controller. Give it a minute or two, then unplug them. enter the sound settings ams change the headphone
audio "uncompressed stereo". Exit the sound settings and re-enter the sound setting and your HDMI setting will be available. You can then re-setup your wireless headphones with any of the options needed.

I hope this helps others with this issue.

How to use microphone on my BT headphones in xbox app

    Hello APsinth71,

    Thanks for providing further details.

Just wondering, are you trying to use an earbud or a headphone?

Based on your last reply, you are using BT headphones (Jabra Elite 7 Pro). Jabra Elite 7 Pro is wireless earbuds and Bluetooth 5.2. If this happens to be a compatible issue, we may need to isolate this issue. Isolating issue like:

    1. The headphone or earbuds connected to a different mobile phone (iOS and Android).
    2. Different headphone/earbuds connected to your mobile device.
    3. Try using a computer, see if you can record using your headphone/earbud and see if you can hear your voice.

We will wait for your update.

Xbox Wireless Headset - How to stop it from turning on Xbox when using on PC?

Hi FredericoGoldmann! I hope you are well, delighted to be able to offer you my help!

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem, but don't worry, I will do my best to try to help you.

Regarding the first problem in which you mention that when you turn on your headphones, your Xbox console also turns on, this happens because both are synchronized so that this does not happen again you must unsynchronized the headphones with your Xbox to do so, follow these steps:

To remove current wireless pairings from the earbuds, press and hold the green power button (on the back of the left earbud) and the mute button (on the bottom of the left earbud) simultaneously. Press and hold both buttons for several seconds. You will hear a tone and the power light will flash orange and white quickly when the pairing information has been cleared.

You can then sync the headphones with your Windows PC by following these steps:

    1. Make sure the headphones are turned on.
    2. Press and hold the green power button on the headphones (located on the back of the left earbud) for 4 seconds. You will hear a repeated pairing tone and the power light on the headphones will start flashing.
    3. Go to the device's Bluetooth connections menu and search for available devices. The headset should appear as Xbox Wireless Headset in the list of available devices.
    4. When the headphones connect with the device, the power light will stop flashing.
