Microsoft gave me my account back - But still can't actually log in

Our account has also been hacked. Can't speak to an advisor because I need to log in, but password and email have been changed. Spoke to Microsoft who weren't very helpful but gave me XBox contact email. Still can't actually talk to anyone and our account was used to buy 2 Xbox Game pass Ultimate.

The problem is... he actually used the gift option. He bought the xbox live gold as gift and gave it to me. Now he logged-in with my profile and it seems like i have gold in NA. But still, when i get back into my profile I can't really do much as it says
I need to buy it.

I have the same problem, but I managed to notice that I was signed into a weird account, log out and log in to my actual account, now I can't install/play any of the EA stuff, and without knowing the credentials I can't log back in, or unlink the accounts (to re-link to my actual account)

When did you last successfully sign in to your Microsoft account? If you have not logged into your account for more than two years and it has been closed due to inactivity, you will not be able to use the Account Recovery Form to recover your account. Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If you do have the 2FA active, are you able to access the second factor of authentication? If so, please try resetting your password. Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on.

Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. Thank you... but my account has been suspended so I can't request a callback as I need to be logged in to do that......

I have tried calling Microsoft in both U.K. and US but it seems I can't actually speak to a human as the recorded message says to log in to you account and request a call back!!!

Help!
