Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. As stated if the Auto-renewal has been left turned on then you will be billed as it will auto renew the subscription. Go ahead and click on the following link for help in turning off the auto renewal on the

This is weird. Apparently renewing my Gold subscription fixed the problem.

I understand you need help on your subscription problem.

Did your subscription already renew before you try to cancel it on the website or on the app? Because if it did, this will no longer give you the option to cancel the subscription.

The cancellation option is only available to turn off auto renewal when it has not yet been renewed.

If the subscription already renewed and your card has expired, this will become suspended after a few days and it will take about 2 months for this subscription to be removed automatically from the system if without payment.

If you will update your card information, this will pay the renewal of the subscription and you will have the option to cancel it before it renews again.
