The new one hour rule

Hi im a user if xbox cloud gaming which is the only for me to play fortnite but then the hour hour rule cane is it going to stay there forever or could you change it to 6 hours beacuse it would be impossible to do events

So I can better understand your question, can you please elaborate what you meant with "the hour hour rule cane"?

If you install the game instead of playing on the cloud or buy Game Pass Ultimate, you won't have the 1 hour limit.

Yes it would work if the new terms would turn up.. I accepted them once on my account and there was nothing afterwards.. it just led me to my normal account. But on my phone it still says I can't update anything..:-(

Go to Xbox.com and log in. You will be asked to accept the Terms. Read them and do so.

Now it should automatically redirect you to another sign-in page with the parent's email address already entered and they just need the password. Now they have to read and accept the terms too. Then it should work.

It sounds to me as if your parents were logging in at a different time and/or in a different session.

Let us know if that worked.

If the parental email is still needed, log out and close the browser. Now log in and refuse to accept the Terms. Go instead to My Account (link upper right, click words My Account). Now try to click on Privacy & Online Settings. It should ask you to log
in as the parent, with the parental email already pre-filled in for you. Now log out again and close the browser. Go back to Xbox.com, sign in and try the first steps I mentioned to accept the Terms.
