    Thank for the quick reply. I am still confused about GamePass Console. All the references talk about GamePass Core and GamePass Ultimate but not about GamePass Console..

    My accumulated games are on the xbox. What happens if I go from GamePass Core, to GamePass console. Do I lose my accumulated xbox gold games ?

    Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If you do have the 2FA active, are you able to access the second factor of authentication?

    If so, please try resetting your password. Detailed steps on resetting your password can be found in the following support article:

    Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on.

    If you did not have 2FA active on the account, and the account was not deleted due to inactivity, you will need to try the Account Recovery Form: https://account.live.com/acsr

    Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

    The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time-consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.

    Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours.     Weird symbol has been popping up next to my game titles, it's like a exclamation mark inside a triangle, what is it? It usually goes away after I turn my xbox off and back on

    And all my digital games are doing it that I own and I have gamepass ultimate I had it for a lot of years. It just started this morning but my game still working though
    I too can load all my games even with the triangle in the corner. All my games are digital so I’m guessing it’s just a glitch? Who knows but my games work only happened today. Yesterday was fine

    Nba2k20 still crashing?

    Ive talked to the 2k support and they are saying I have a hardware failure. But if all my other games work including the games on gamepass can it really be a hardware failure if only one game doesnt work? And the game worked before.
