How do I delete a device that is connected to your account?

When you hard reset the router , rename your access point. your devices will no longer see the previous wifi connection. no need to delete anything from the devices. when your new wifi network is up , connect the devices as you would normally .

Deleting old accounts can only be done by closing the email address that was used to open them with. If a Hotmail/Outlook account was used to create these, you need to open the 'Account Details' and then on the 'Overview'
page if you scroll to the bottom of the page the last option is 'Close Account'. Completing this deletes all the data associated with that email. If you used something other than Hotmail/Outlook then you will need to check out the options in your preferred
email account.

There is no way to completely delete an account from the servers. The only way to get the name would be to pay to change it.
