    Forza on ps5 got linked to the wrong account when I linked it now I’m stuck unable to unlink to link it to different account to be able to play what do I do I tried contacting PlayStation they said they can’t and forza hasn’t answered back yet

    I'm trying to link a new Microsoft account to my Playstation 5, so I can create a Realm world for my friend and I to play on. After I enter the code and password for my account, the page takes me a "Create an Xbox Profile" page, and I can't get past it without making an account. Trying to go back restarts the whole process. What am I doing wrong?
