Please note that only Blizzard can unlink your Xbox account, as the connection was originally established from the Battle.net side.

I linked my battle.net account. When doing so I got a message saying that my xbox gamer tag was already associated with another battle.net account. I clicked to confirm and tie the two accounts togeter, but I didn't receive the notification about the addons
after signing into Overwatch. It has been a couple of days now, is there something else I can do? Also, when playing Overwatch on the xbox does a battle.net account get setup automatically on the back end or should I be worried that someone has somehow tied
my xbox live account to a different battle.net account?

If you're unable to play NBA2K online it's because 2K has an age-gate on their games and you have to be 18 or older to access them. It is not possible to manually promote a child account to an adult account. The only way that an account can be transitioned
to an adult account is by reaching the 18th birthday according to the date placed on the account at creation.

I try to unlink the game Modern combat 5 from the xbox account because makes conflict with my facebook account in the game. I make right click on the games list but the option of unlink the game not appear. And the game have not the option for unlink the
xbox account

Whe I open the game take the xbox account information and show an account without progress and new that should play from the beginning, so I must enter the facebook account to recover my game account and all the progress I should have, but if I close the
game the account of xbox again changes the account of the game. I need to unlink this game from xbox before I lose progress and only use the facebook link

It sounds like there's some kind of confusion between Skype accounts and Microsoft accounts. Sign in to Skype on the web with to unlink your accounts, and then you can re-launch Skype on Xbox One to link the Skype account you want to the Microsoft account
that you use on your Xbox.
