I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Keep in mind that it is necessary to use the account you originally used in the game. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.

Additionally, if you have an active subscription you can log in to this site from any other account.

In the “Transactions” section select “Investigate” and enter the data requested regarding the payment of your subscription, this way the system will give you a clue of the account from which the payment came from.

I tried to add my other email to my microsoft account but it says its part of a reserved domain, So i cant add it as an alternative account. So another minecraft player is using my email for their minecraft earth account and thats why i cant use it? When
i sign into minecraft earth i come up as princess.cossign which isnt me but when i play on normal minecraft everything is fine, why is there a problem all of a sudden because of playing minecraft earth? Id like to be able to use my main minecraft account on
minecraft earth and not have it come up as someone i dont knows minecraft account. I dont want my email connected to another minecraft account and i also feel bad for the the other person that they might have lost access to their account because of this mix
up or whatever it is, im so confused... please help!?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with signing in. Are you wanting the password for the email itself or the Microsoft account? If for email itself we cant help with that as it is not a Microsoft domain. Here is a

guide for lost password for Microsoft accounts.

We also recommend
changing the primary alias as cant be accessed any longer.

Was the email that got removed a Microsoft email? If it was then removing it from the account would have deleted it permanently. If this is what happened then unfortunately the email account would be forever lost.
