    GTA Whale Shark Card not showing up

    Thanks for trying to help.

    I'm playing GTA 5 for XBox One.

    The Whale Shark Card was purchased in the XBox Store (accessed via my console), not on the Xbox.com website. The funds used to pay were in my Microsoft Account. I do have an order number but I'd rather not share that much detail publicly. As of today, the purchase has still not shown up in my GTA account.
