We understand that you are trying to get in touch with the live support team seeking for guidance on how to send a request for replacement service for your controller. In order to set your expectations, we want to make it clear that the request procedure begins with you and must be completed using your account.

    If this link gives out an error in requesting service/replacement of your device, you can contact the members of our support team.

    1. Please use this link: Contact us | Xbox Support
    2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.

    3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
    4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
    5. Select the "Contact Us" button
    6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

    First, just to make sure, try to access all your emails and see if one of them has the emails regarding those billings. Now, if neither of your emails has this information, you need to contact Support directly regarding this issue, okay? Here in the community, we do not have access to account/billing information, so this needs to be addressed directly with Support:

    It may be a bit tricky to find an option on the Support that gives you access to Live Chat or Request a Call, but all you need to do is just keep changing the options until one gives you access to it, okay? It may not be the correct option, but it will get you in touch with support, which is the most important thing here.
