I want a refund, but keep getting lead around and getting no where

I bought a game for a friend in USA.

I live in UK.

He can't redeem the game.

So I want a refund.

Can't seem to local game in game in Order History.

Tried looking up help - got no where.

Tried to find a way to contact Microsoft - got no where.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK

If you don't see the option to request a refund from your order history when you log in, you'll need to contact an Xbox agent who can help you with your request.

Login > Select “Contact us” > Add data according to your problem > Select “See contact options” > Skip > Request Call / Chat online

Can you please help me further without sending me links? I have done a lot already otherwise i wouldnt be posting. Ther is NO refund option, i cant contact support and there is nowhere a "Refund" category. Some BOT keeps asking me the same questions, leading
to if it is a XBOX purchase, which it is not since it was bought on PC. However, i clicked yes as well to see where it gets me - It gets me nowhere

What i want to see is epic do something about their *** matchmaking. get this, starts off 2v3, seems fair. rest bots, this is cap the lead. i cap lead, they cap lead who is only other player. the bots are sticking around me instead of trying to get back
lead. i die, turns out its now 2v5. wtf is that ***. if someone joins make it so its an even team, not this bullshit.

No. you can't get a refund and keep what you want refunded, anywhere. Xbox is no different.

This actually annoys the heck out of me. I just had to cancel my Sunset Overdrive pre-order so I can turn around and get it for less a few days later.

They have to intercept the delivery just to refund me, just so I can turn around and buy it again. MS may want to look at an easier way of handling that if they want to keep the numbers up.
