Working Xbox One Copy of L.A. Noire Not Working on Xbox One, Still Plays on Series X

Hi. I have a brand new copy of the Xbox One version of L.A. Noire that I just opened after purchasing 4 years ago (dumb decision to not check if it had worked back then, I guess, but oh well). It worked perfectly fine on my Series X, but when I went to play it on my Xbox One, it wouldn't even recognize the disc as an unreadable disc. I would insert it into the Xbox, and it would make a sound as if it were reading it, and then do nothing. I've contacted Xbox and Microsoft support multiple times, searched multiple forums, hard restarted my Xbox multiple times, deleted perpetual data, deleted local save data, changed my location, and I've tried everything under the sun besides posting on here. The only possibility I can see of it not being able to play is because the case of the game is in Spanish for some reason, and on the back, it says "DISC MADE IN MEXICO", but apparently, Xbox games are not region-locked, so this should not be an issue anyway. I even purchased a Blu-ray lens cleaner and confirmed that both other Xbox One games and Blu-ray discs still play on this specific Xbox One. I've tried pretty much everything I've seen as an option, and I can't replace the disc through GameStop as my warranty expired three years ago. Once again, no error code or anything pops up when this specific disc is inserted into the Xbox One, but it still plays perfectly fine on my Series X. I haven't been able to do anything to get it to even pop up as unrecognized on the Xbox One. Any help?
