The email of my account has been overwritten

My microsoft account has recently been broken into, and the e-mail of the account has been overwritten by a different one, one i dont know about.
I would like to ask for help regarding this problem, I can give as much information i possibly can to retrieve my account. If anyone has a suggestion about what i should do.

For some more info, whenever i type the right e-mail in, it says "no account with this e-mail exists, you shoul try registering one", even though that e-mail has gotten multiple terms of service notices and payment confirmations from microsoft.

From there you can use a new email address to recover your account and have the Microsoft team contact you.

Not if it has been overwritten or deleted. The saves are typically stored on the console and in the cloud. If it hasn't been overwritten in both places you may be able to sync it from the older save.

If a cloud save has been overwritten, then there is no way to get that save back.
