Request for Achievements Reset on Minecraft Bedrock

There is no way to request achievements reset on a specific game. If someone were to report your account, the enforcement team could issue a gamerscore reset, but that would reset your gamerscore for all games you've earned achievements in and could result in an account ban as well.

Do I show a picture of achievements of proof i owned Minecraft Bedrock edition?

Hello, thank you but I have one more question apparently the achievements of minecraft bedrock do give points but could you tell me if on pc they give it since I have all the achievements made since the last version, also I also have some of minecraft bedrock those do not receive reward either?

About the Minecraft version you purchased, may I ask if you have purchased it directly from the Microsoft store or Minecraft website? Because Minecraft actually just released the new version which is Minecraft java and bedrock edition. This contains 2 different copies of the game which is Bedrock and the Java one.

Based on the Minecraft page itself https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/minecraft... *Minecraft: Java Edition runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux; Minecraft: Bedrock Edition runs on Windows. Deluxe Collection content only runs on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on Windows.

In case the one you have is Java edition, it should work well on your Mac device. But if it is the bedrock, you can try submitting a refund request for the game instead via https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-... just make sure you get the order number from your account via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page first.

But if the one you have is the new version then no need to re-purchase since it contains both license already.

I haven't actually tried it since I both have Minecraft Java and Bedrock now, but based on the Minecraft page itself, if you redeem a Java edition for PC code you should receive the bedrock edition of the game as well.

But to be sure, you may also submit a ticket via Minecraft support page at https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new... to clarify before you buy a code. You can actually decide to buy the Bedrock & Java edition instead since it is 2 in 1 game now but if you prefer the code, might as well to try submitting a ticket to Minecraft to be sure before buying it.
