If the problem only occurs when you connect to the Internet through your home Wi-Fi network, the ideal thing is that you contact your internet provider, to make sure that your internet connection is good, and not blocking connections.

For now, I can recommend the following:

— Try connecting your device via cable and not via Wi-Fi. Wired connections are more stable and faster.

— If you cannot connect via cable, try connecting via another band. For example, If you are connected to the 2.4 GHz band, try the 5G band or vice versa.

— Try configuring your network to use a different DNS than the one provided by your Internet provider. Some DNS blocks connections, I usually use the following DNS:

8.8.8.8 as primary and 8.8.4.4 as secondary or 1.1.1.1 as primary, 1.2.2.1 as secondary.
