    Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum,I apologize for a delay in response.

    Are you playing Genshin Impact through Xbox Cloud Gaming or is it installed on your phone? Xbox gift cards can only be used within the Microsoft/Xbox Store, so if the game is installed on your phone then you won't be able to use the Xbox gift card.

    No worries, and I'm sorry to hear that. If you are playing on the mobile version, there is sadly no way to use the Xbox gift card as it will only work within Microsoft Store.
