    How do I get rid of this screen or unlink the account


    I’m trying to play online but I need to sign in in order to do that but every time I try it does not work I tried two accounts old and new but they still don’t work please help.

    If the account isn't working then it means a different account is connected. Unfortunately, once an account has been linked to a PSN it isn't possible to unlink it. That's how Mojang made it, sadly. I understand that isnt the news you were expecting, I'm sorry about that.
