Can I regain access to Minecraft on a new account? (Old one was hacked)

i didn't know it was hacked it just said new Minecraft account soo i bought it sence it was cheap also i can delete my mail and phone number too if its causing issues with regaining acces

If you are getting this error message, have you tried accessing the account from another web browser or device?

With your families email, the best place to start is to check your internet connectivity and your connectivity to your Outlook. Do you receive emails on another device?

It's also good to check your Junk Email settings to check if you have blocked or removed safe senders and to check your filters at the bottom.

If that doesn't work, check your junk and storage. (Can be found in the Storage setting under general)

If none of this works, try changing your password.

You can go to this link: [support.microsoft.com/home/contact] and input 'Account Access' and then go to 'Contact Support'.

Once you're there, you can go to 'Microsoft 365 and Office' > 'Manage Account Security' and you will be able to talk to a support agent.

They would not be able to open the account for you but they may be able to help with the errors.

To change the Microsoft Account and get a new one linked to your Gamertag, you have to regain control of the old Microsoft Account, and there's no way around that.



However, if you were hacked, then call Xbox LIVE support at 1-800-469-9269 Option 2 and they can help get your account back.
