need help logging my child onto fortnite on xbox!

If this is the first time that this happened, there may be heavy compromised traffic coming from your geographical location and to protect you, Microsoft may also not deliver codes to your account as fast as usual. While rare, these issues will be automatically resolved after a certain period of time. Kindly try to login again after few hours.

Please check your junk email folder for a message from a Microsoft account, and use the code sent to you. Valid verification codes come from an @accountprotection.microsoft.com email address.

Mark @accountprotection.microsoft.com as a trusted sender to receive your verification code in your inbox.

No it isnt. everytime my son logs onto xbox live it still says child.

Yes you do have to log onto fortnite on your xbox to redeem it. I didn’t have an xbox so i had to log in on my friend’s xbox.

Thanks, Francia! I do see them redeemed under my microsoft account. Will my son be able to log onto xbox with my microsoft account and then log into his fortnite account from there to use?

Thanks, its working now. I had to log onto my childs console with my profile and set that console as my home xbox. Not sure why it all of a sudden needed this action. Maybe a rule change or console update. Thanks for the advice.
