    Hello,

    Did anyone encounter the same thing?

    On 2025.4.29 I purchased a Xbox game, Minecraft Java & Bedrock bundle standard edition via Paypal and played for a while without any problems.

    But strange thing happened on 4.30, when Paypal tells me Microsoft is initiating a full refund of that order, following with an email from microsoft saying

    Your Microsoft Store refund has been processed
    We have refunded the order you placed on April 29, 2025. You should see HKD 209.00 credited to your account soon.

    But why?? I didn't even request for it.

    if the console was sent back and said it was tampered they will probably refund the charge if not call up support but for future reference do not post emails or phone numbers as people can easily harass you as this is a PUBLIC forum.
