    I'm playing genshin impact through the cloud and I'm having issues it keeps lagging bad I can't see play move

    Hey, Icarus IR07! I'm sorry to see this issue on your Xbox One! Is this happening with any other back compat games? Have you tried clearing out the 360 Storage yet? You can do this by going into Settings > Storage > Clear local Xbox 360 storage. This will
    clear out everything and force a new download of your 360 profile onto your One.

    Let us know if it's happening with other games, and if the clearing of local storage helps. :)
