I've been trying to launch both forza horizon 5 and forza motorsports but none are working : I've tried plenty of things ive seen on forums and nothing is working.

I bought the game on steam and the loading screen keep appearing, the game's image is showing for a few seconds then dissapear and goes back to normal. For FH5 especially i have a steam error message saying the game is already loading. Maybe some of my apps are interfering with the launching of the game but i have no idea which ones and i really want to play both games considering they are pretty expensive

When the window pops up and asks you to allow access to your Microsoft account did you allow it? Make sure that they both have permission permissions under the apps menu

Hello Quentin, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

As you've gotten the games on the Steam client I would like to recommend first trying their support team first as it is a different platform than Xbox. However, in the meantime please ensure that your PC and games are all fully updated then restart the PC.

You may also want to look into removing any recently installed apps or programs just in case they are interfering with the games.

Sadly none of the Forza Motorsport games made for the Xbox 360 are compatible with the Xbox One or Series X. Only the first Forza Horizon works.
