I CAN'T TURN ON CROSSPLAY IN GROUNDED!

Hello GAMER, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

This issue seems to have been something that's been going on for a while and deleting then reinstall seems to fix it. May I suggest trying to delete the game then shut down your PS5 and then unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds then try again when the internet is back up and running again.

If you have an option to turn on Crossplay in the console settings then I'd recommend ensuring that you do that as well.

In the meantime though if the delete and reinstall don't work then your best option here would be to contact Obsidian Support for more help https://support.obsidian.net/contact

Hello Venomxix, try turning off crossplay if not playing ground war or warzone. if that doesnt improve the wait times it might be a activision problem. you can always test you network speed and quality in the setting of your xbox, setting/general/network
settings.

The settings are on allow and I'm on Xbox. My friends say that they can't turn crossplay off so I think it's a problem with the server not accepting the changes on the "Online Safety" page of settings rather than just a problem with my console. I also saw a few posts on Looking for Groups that also said that they couldn't turn crossplay back on.

This is not only happening to you but to other players as well because it's a widespread problem. We'll have to wait for the Grounded team to resolve the issue. You'll know when they fix it as they'll announce it through the same social media platform, so I recommend keeping an eye on it from time to time.
