I want to pay for my microsoft gamepass but it wont finish loading

Discus and support I want to pay for my microsoft gamepass but it wont finish loading in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I out my my credit card info and have been waiting for over an hour.     Halo Infinite won't launch, crashes on launch

    Yeah i works pretty well on steam, not sure i want to pay $60 for campaign and i have been having crashing issues a few weeks into the multiplayer after some updates they did.

    as far as my graphics card its the same exact requirements for back4blood, 1050ti or rx570 yet that game loads and plays quite well on gamepass. it would be nice if it installed somewhere i could find on my hd, or some way to find where the crash log is going when it wont load up

    hello, when I upgraded to gamepass Ultimate as you, my gold was cancelled too. it´s nomal. Now you have gamepass and Gold membership in one service. don´t worry. Just check when is your billing date for cancel if you don´t want pay when its finished.

    I pre-ordered call of duty MW2. the Microsoft store says i have to pay again.

    I also pre ordered and my order was completed but wont let me load and wants me to pay again. I was playing at 5:45 PM EST today the 26th and almost 3 hours later it would not allow me to load without paying. What are the next steps.

    My youtube App doesn't even work. About 70% of my videos wont load and when a video does finally load my navigation menu doesn't appear when it finishes.

    So if I don't want to pay for Gamepass, the only option is to pay for a mail in entry?

    Instead of a Gold promotion this should be a Gamepass promotion.
