Unable to recover my microsoft account, which had my minecraft premium

To be specific, I was not actually told that I could not recover my Minecraft account, only that the Microsoft support agents were unable to run this procedure. Are there not any services within Microsoft dedicated to Minecraft because I cannot seem to find any on the support page and Minecraft Support is only for Mojang accounts, which is not my case since I have already migrated my account?

Hello Felix, this process of linking the new account with Minecraft or the games you had in your account would be done if the account had been recovered, they would move everything from the old account to the new one.

As you mentioned that Microsoft's own support was unable to recover your account, unfortunately you won't be able to link to Minecraft.

the minecraft account was not migrated to another microsoft account, but to a yahoo email. I am aware of the email, reference code, card details, purchase date, my Microsoft account information and my Minecraft name (which may have been changed). I don't need help recovering my Microsoft account, as I have already managed to recover it. But I wanted to ask for help in migrating Minecraft from the scammer's email to the original Microsoft account (which is the one I'm writing with). Obviously I will provide you at Microsoft with all the information necessary to get your Minecraft account back. (if I try to log in to the launcher with my Microsoft account it tells me that I didn't purchase the game, which is false and I can test it with the data I listed before).

I have contacted them multiple times, sadly to no avail.

The first time I was told I needed to request an account recovery, but it was not actually filed and I had to wait two weeks before trying again.

The second time, I requested another account recovery, thinking it was for my MINECRAFT account, but was told I could not recover my MSA, which I was not interested in recovering anyway.

The third time, I explained my issue more clearly, but was told that there was nothing they could do and I should try contacting Minecraft support, which could not help me either as my Minecraft account has been migrated and linked to a Microsoft account.

I’ve tried all of this hence why I said my account is unable to be recovered. Is it possible for a minecraft account to be transferred even if the account cannot be signed into
