    Can't access Game pass games on my PC


    Hi, I can play game pass games on my Xbox fine but when I try play them on my PC it doesn't work. It says I don't currently have an Xbox game pass subscription. It says this on my Microsoft account subscription page: NZ$28.95 is past due for your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Pay now to avoid an interruption in service.

    But this doesn't explain why this warning message only applies for Xbox and not my PC.

    But my subscription is for Game Pass Ultimate and not for Game Pass for PC... My family should have access to the games, right? Otherwise, what is the family plan for?

    You can cancel your current subscription at http://account.microsoft.com You may want to verify what type of Game Pass you entered. If it's Ultimate, you should still have access to Game Pass on PC.

    If it is just Game Pass for console, after you cancel you would have to purchase a Game Pass for PC subscription. It can't be converted to a different type of subscription.

    If you are on a not supported region for game pass you won't be able to use any game pass games and that's probably why you can't see the EA games, it's rare that you have access to game pass games but that could be due to a PC/account setting that it's allowing you access those games

    Xbox support won't be able to help with this as bypass the region lock for the services it's against the terms of service

    If you only have standard Game Pass, not Game Pass Ultimate, then you'd only be able to access Game Pass games that are available on the console. A few of those games are Play Anywhere and you may be able to access them on PC, but you'd need Game Pass Ultimate if you want both Game Pass for console and PC Game Pass or to use cloud gaming.
