Why is my Copy of Sea of thieves gone?

On September 12th of 2019 I redeemed a code giving me a free copy of Sea of thieves. I recently Built a new Pc and when I went to install Sea of Thieves, the Microsoft Store and Xbox app did not show it in my library, and when searching the store for the game, the store acted as If I had never owned the game. My Microsoft Store Order history show's evidence of me redeeming and purchasing the game, and My achievement's for the game on the xbox app are still there. Please help.

I understand it seems confusing at times why the games we once owned and played are no longer showing in our account. Once you redeem or purchase a digital game, the license will be linked to the account you used to purchase it with. To verify the ownership of the game, the order history should show you the transaction as either completed or redeemed.

Please verify if you can see the game and if it shows as completed/redeemed at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

Once confirmed, click on the game's picture icon to be redirected to the Xbox website. Copy and paste the Xbox website link here so I can review it.

Until this day I didn't know why sea of thieves and state of decay 2 would be gone from my library, thanks for this info.

I am in my account but all my games are gone. "Sea of thieves and Minecraft" What now

Unfortunately due to the copy being physical, your copy of sea of thieves can only be played on the Xbox one. If the game was purchased digitally then i believe that you would be able to play sea of thieves on both xbox and pc. Sorry for the inconvenience.

When I got the item it just showed up in my Armory in Sea Of thieves. Have you just gone and checked there?
