    Numerous errors when trying to sign in to my Microsoft account


    I am encountering numerous errors when trying to login to my Microsoft account to manage my Xbox subscriptions.

    I have attempted to sign in using multiple different devices, browsers and networks so I am certain the issue lies with my account.

    I am able to sign in to Xbox, Outlook, and other Microsoft services using this account, but when I try to sign in to any "account.microsoft" websites, I am met with the following errors:

    - Refresh loops. Each time I click on "sign in," the page simply refreshes, without logging me in.

    - "We can't sign you in right now. Please try again later." message.

    - "Thank you for your patience. We are currently experiencing high demand. Please wait and try again later." message.

    - Error message "AADSTS50000: There was an error issuing a token or an issue with our sign-in service."

    Potential cause:

    My display name on the affected account is "A̿̂̀͏̜͇̜s̺̱̩ͫ͋̔̿̾ ̹̮ḣ͗̐͌ͩ͜e͓͓͎̣̺͊̆͗͊ͯrͫ͑ͯ͆ B̴̲̖̦r͍͉̖̦̤͖͍ͮ̃ͦ̉̅̚͜î͖̟͙͙̰̞͙̆͒̐ͫͤ̕t̸̘̹̣͎͖ţ̱̤͉̩̟̼̈̐ͭ̚̚o͖̪͙ͥ̓̌̀n"

    I found an old thread where someone had a similar issue, and were able to fix it by changing their name that contained Unicode characters.

    I haven't been able to change the display name without logging into the account, so I don't know if this is the issue.

    Any input would be appreciated.

    Hi there, what's the exact error you get when you try in? Is there any numerical code with it? Can you sign into that account using login.live.com?

    XBox Live signed me out - and I can't play Solitaire Premium

    I have a Premium Solitaire account.

    When I try to sign in to my Solitaire collection - I get this message:

    You were signed out of Xbox Live from outside Microsoft Solitaire Collection. We need to return you to the main menu to sign in again.

    Then I get:

    Sign In Error

    We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ and refer to error code: 1170000.

    I have tried everything they have recommended. Is there anything else going on? At one time I got an error that my Premium has run out - but there was no where I can update or pay, and now that doesn't every come up.

    Anyone have any ideas?
    Hi Always go to Xbox Servers to see if they are down. A lot of times Microsoft will sign u out automatically it has happened to me even when I am playing games. It is because live servers went offline for numerous reasons because of maintenance or etc other
    reasons.

    I did not understand. You created another account with the same email of this account that was giving the Minecraft Launcher error?

    When you try to sign in to your Microsoft account on the Microsoft website above it signs in or it shows that the account does not exist?

    Child account problems still!!!!

    Microsoft just don't care.........I have a family gold membership and the amount of hours I've spent trying to get my son signed in is ridiculous!! I can sign in to my own account to give permission for my son then it comes up that my account is not verified
    although I have verified the account on numerous occasions..................COME ON MICROSOFT DO SOMETHING>>>>>DONT JUST TAKE THE MONEY!!!!
