    Terrible experience nothing works with this company


    I've had many issues with microsoft but today really takes the cake. I wanted to play the oblivion remaster so I was going to buy the game pass. I'm trying pay but I have to add a payment method, all good. I type in my card,name address it says "incorrect details" I double check, everything looks in order doesn't work even after I redo it. I'll try a different card, same issue so I opened the Xbox site on the browser so I could use the autofill to make sure I'm not messing up, "incorrect details". Okay, sure I'll just use paypal. Doesn't let me. At this point I was pretty tired of it all so I went to contact support. The waiting time for a real person was 1 minute so I choose that option. It's been more than 20 minutes and I'm still being connected to an agent so in a new tab I pick the call us option instead, I put in my phone number "we were unable to process your request" so no phone call either. Does anything work at microsoft?

    wow, that's pretty bad. Welcome to the world of dealing with customer service. A full ninety percent of ANY type of customer service rep will have no idea what they are doing and will be happy to send you on a wild goose chase from hell. I keep notes
    on everything I do now so I have a history...especially names and dates. I think that most the time they SEEM like they are being meaningful in trying to help you, but in reality, most don't really know their jobs and will say whatever just to appease you
    for the time being. If you call and talk to 10 different customer service reps, you will get 10 different answers to a question.

    with threats you get nothing, if your experience was bad, it was because of the bad service of an employee, not a company, try again, just as your experience was a bad experience, another had an excellent one and they will contradict you and your threats
    will not be nothing just makes you angry anymore
