Bought Minecraft windows bedrock Java for my kid and she can’t even play it

I bought the game for her lastnight now her Microsoft account she has had for a few years she can’t seem to login to it it tells her the account doesn’t exist when we know it does anyhow we scratched that one after buying the game didn’t even attempt to use it she created a new account so she can play the game or atleast that’s what we were hoping for unfortunately that didn’t work as now after installing the game it asked her how she would appear on Xbox now I know windows has the Xbox app so I didn’t think much of it and I remember having to do that once before after migrating and this is actually the second time I have purchased it for her since then after crest the way she’s viewed on Xbox though anytime we open the mincraft launcher it asks her to sign in and it just keeps giving us an error and acting like we didn’t buy the game this honestly is quite insane compared to when mojang handled minecraft before any migrating I’ve tried looking through threads only found one that was similar to our issue but so much run around and I’m not quite sure if it was even resolved and trying to contact Microsoft like you can most companies with direct email troubleshooting issues is almost like it just doesn’t exist just sends me to more threads some completely unrelated does anyone know how to fix this or know what the problem is????
