Will marvel rivals be on Game Pass Cloud and/or why didnt it release on Xbox one consoles?

I was an avid overwatch 1 player, but it fell off, causing me to stop playing. Marvel Rivals was then announced and I got really excited. A mix between one of my favorite genre's and one of my favorite franchises? couldn't have been better.

I then got hit with the news that it was only coming to current gen (previously net gen).

I was wondering if there was anyway to play it on xbox one, if it was coming to cloud, and why it said that "Install on your home Xbox One console plus have access when you’re connected to your Microsoft account." under the installation part of the game on the xbox website.

Unfortunately, Marvel Rivals was only released for the new generation and is not available in the Cloud Gaming catalog at the moment.

The release of games for current and previous generations is chosen by the developers. If it is released for the Cloud Gaming catalog, you will be able to play it.

You're going to find less and less titles are released on Xbox one because it is much less capable than the series consoles

we don't have any access to insider information, but I personally would not expect free to play games to be added, Fortnite was a very special situation.

I have found out that it was released on GeForce now which is a cloud gaming service, it is unlikely it will be released on last gen consoles due to the hardware not being capable to run it, however Xbox found a video on YouTube talking about marvel rivals going on Xbox cloud. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NAenlhXQNMo&t=1s

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes will not launch alongside Xbox One, Warner has said in a statement to

MCV.

"LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is coming to next-gen consoles, but the game will not be releasing on the Xbox One console on November 22nd. We will provide a release date for

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes on Xbox One as soon as possible," reads the statement.

The game will still be out on November 15th on PS4 (November 29th in Europe), alongside the console.
