Too many Problems with the Authenticator app

I have changed over to the Iphone 16 and when doing so lost all my authenticator accounts. Worst part is when trying to add an account into authenticator, it tries to use authenticator to authenticate at every turn even when you select that it isn't an option. So I select to use the password which doesn't seem to work after ONLY two attempts and then proceeds to lock the account from any more attempts. Which brings me to getting a security code sent to my email, and phone since I have two factor turned on for the account (third option once again is authenticator). Sometimes it doesn't send a code to my phone because it suggests it isn't currently working, so then I can't attempt to reset my password. Then when I finally verify my identity I select the reset password option and it is supposed to send a code to my email to input. It fails to send a code multiple times and then when I finally get one it says that I have requested to many when I use it. I've tried every other avenue to try and get into the account but nothing will work and it will take far too long to put in every password I could of possibly used if I only get 2 attempts a day.

What sparked all of this was accidently deleting the security key to the account and then scrambling to make sure I still had access to it.
