    I can't remember my password could you please help me?


    I've forgotten my password to my account, I've tried multiple times my email but it seems not to be working and I have two account on my email but it keeps logging back on to the old one. Does anyone know what to do??

    Tried numerous times now keep getting spun in a circle by the bot on web chat and I have no idea how to sort this out so can stop it from occurring again. Could you please check on your end, i tried to purchase Xbox game pass ultimate. Said there was a problem on your end try again later. I did, it did not work. serval times after that. Eventually it did. but the times it did not was charged to my contract sim card (Three) and these charges occurred on my monthly bill. I'm sure I am able to send a copy of my bill via email if needed.

    a. Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

    1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

    2. Click on Sign in

    3. Choose sign in options

    4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.
