    As part of our initial troubleshooting, kindly make sure that you are logged in using the same Microsoft account where you claimed the game. If you claimed it from Microsoft store, you may check it by going to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Make sure to select "All available" in the ordered within drop down menu.

    Transfer of Elden Ring to PC

    to add, elden ring is not available on the windows store or xbox app on pc, you have to get it from the likes of steam or elsewhere.
