How is it fair that a Microsoft-certified product leaves customers like me without real...

To be fair, the XBOX customer service representative lied to me about admins and customer service contact here. Also, one the back of the XBOX ONE case, real close to the Microsoft TM system information and XBOX LIVE information, it clearly says 2 - 6 players.
SO, to be fair, Microsoft certainly seems to say that its plethora of engineers that tested the game before it was released to integrate WITH XBOX LIVE stand behind it as a product partner. No offense to you folks, but to claim Microsoft is an unwitting dupe
is pretty naive.

The fact that the controllers have a "Certified by Microsoft for XBox" sticker inside proves that they are indeed certified products which are legal. I also never mentioned they were being sold by Microsoft. There are plenty of third party products sold
for Xbox which are not made by Microsoft but are certified by them.

How would you like it if your product was constantly being passed around to other people without you ever seeing another penny, while others continually make some of their money back. It's not fair, which is why this new system has come about.

I'd
deal with it, because it's a lot more fair than robbing people of their ability to own my product when they pay money for it.

Ya good luck, I never got any calls back. It not right that they are making their customers pay for their issues and poor hardware. What's sad is they say there is nothing they can do about being out of warranty, which working for a customer facing multi
billion dollar company there is always a way around things just need some to say yes, yet they refuse to bed their rules to take care of their customers. Probably out of fear that they know they have a flat product and they don't want to avoid the cost to
fix their own problems. It's sad how much I hyped Microsoft up until this experience and as of late it's been real tough being on the Microsoft bandwagon because let's be honest between companies like Apple and OS like Android, Microsofts products are inferior.

I too will be leaving Microsoft. They insulted me as a customer, I will not be treated like a criminal by a freaking toy.
