How do I dispute a denied refund

If your refund was denied, please respond to the email they sent you regarding the refund denial. Explain in detail the reasons why they should reconsider their decision. This is the only way to appeal the denial and to get in touch again with the team that initially managed your refund request. Please keep in mind that this is a public community forum, and that here we are just players just like you.

Hello, I recently purchased VC for the new NBA 2K24 game, however, I accidentally purchased too much for too much money and can’t afford it. I had already spent the VC when I realized, and my refund request was denied. I desperately need this money back, please help. I can’t find a way to contact a human over this issue and just really need some help in getting this money back. Thanks.

If youve already spent the VC then im sorry to tell you but your chances of getting a refund are slim to none.

If you hadn't already spent it you may have been able to get a refund but not if its already been spent.

To dispute the decision, please respond to the email notification telling you that your request for a refund was denied. This way, you can discuss this with the refund team.

Unfortunately the only way to appeal to a refund denial is replying to the email sent by the refund team :c

The other option is dispute the charge with your bank directly, but keep in mind that this can be have consequences in the future with your Microsoft account (I personally don't recommend that, but if you really need the money back. That's an option)
