    Hi all, I have had circa £300 - £350 of refunds which have been declined, it’s obvious looking at the tracking of the Purchases that they weren’t purchased by my son. I just need an e mail address or someone to contact…the web site is so difficult to actually contact someone…please help. Thanks In advance. Wayne

    Now.that would.be correct

    If you refund the main game you no longer qualify for the 30 dollar promo

    That's not a blackfridays sale

    That's the upgrade.price

    Meaning you still need the base game vault edition has 2 prices 30 bucks for upgrade and 100 bucks.for the full game plus.vault

    Btw.vault.upgrade is.only account specific

    Black Friday prices would 've max 20-30 a% off

    Not 70

    And.iof it lsays vault edition upgrade then no it snot.the.full game

    If I were you I'd cancel.it.and read the promo.because it ain't what you Thimk it.is

    And yes many people misunderstood this

    If you look up on forums.vault.edition 30 bucks is a cod perk.not.the.full.game unless you pay 100 bucks

    The cheapest is 58bucks USD

    May I ask where were you able to see the promotion? Because you may have been given the promotional price due to owning the game.

    Also, you can request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

    To reach out to the refund team, please can you respond to the email they sent informing you that your request for a refund was denied. You may have to do this for each item. However, doing this will allow you to speak to the refund team directly.

    Looking at what you have posted, it seems as though someone else has access to your Microsoft account, or your son's Microsoft account. If this is the case, please make sure you change the password and update security information here: Additional security options

    Please check and remove any data that isn't yours. You can also view the sign in history to see who has signed in and from what device. This can be found here: See when and where you've used your account
