    I redeemed 2 1720 cards and bought an extra 1020 of minecoins which would total to 4460. I then bought 2 add-ons, one for 1690, and another for 990, which would bring my balance to 1780. But for some reason I'm left with 1080?

    If the Minecoins were purchased on your Microsoft account, chances are that your Minecoins is an Xbox version.

    To confirm the version of your Minecoins, you can sign in to your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history.

    In order to use the Minecoins on your 3rd party platform, you will need to purchase the Minecoins directly from the PSN store.

    (Note: Microsoft Xbox is a different platform to PlayStation)
