Fortnite freezing in the item shop

Discus and support Fortnite freezing in the item shop in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Everytime I go to the item shop on fortnite the game completely freezes and I have to close app and restart the game.     Fortnite freezing in the item shop


    Everytime I go to the item shop on fortnite the game completely freezes and I have to close app and restart the game. Anyone have a fix to this issue?
