Black ops 6 online not working right

I understand that you are experiencing issues accessing multiplayer on Call of Duty Black Ops 6.

Please verify Xbox live Gold/Core subscription because online multiplayer for Call of Duty games requires an active Xbox Live Gold/Core subscription. Open Settings > Account > Subscriptions on your Xbox.

Confirm that your subscription is active and hasn’t expired.

If you originally downloaded Black Ops 6 via Game Pass Ultimate, the license was tied to that subscription. Fully uninstall the version downloaded via Game Pass Ultimate.

Now that you own the disk, insert the disk and ensure it is recognized by your console. Reinstall the game from the physical disk.

Incase the game is still prompting you to buy or restricting access, turn off your Xbox completely, unplug it for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

And make sure that the device and the game is up to date because an outdated game files can cause connectivity issues. To do this, check for updates via My Games & Apps > Manage > Updates. Confirm both the game and your console are updated to the latest version.

Is anybody having trouble connecting to black ops online right now?

Elite is an online service... nothing will show up in black ops if I remember right.

kenobi2 i tried restoring the factory defaults and it didnt solve my problem and i bought prototype yesterday and it was like black ops and prototype it doesnt work online it might be in the servers right???

same problem here. downloaded all the freebees for Black Ops 2, and now I can not play Black Ops 2 online. other games work fine. Black ops 2 = connection to xbox live lost!!!
