    My account was locked out from all of my devices without my consent


    Since my 2-step authentication is enabled, Microsoft won't help me send a recovery link, even though I provided all Identification details (like the last 4 digits of my credit card) as proof. My authenticator is also disabled for some reason even though I did not disable it. Anyone who can help me? I use this account for Minecraft and my school, so it is VERY important to me. Microsoft won't help me reset my password even though I gave them as much information as I could. And in the first place, I DID not log out the profile from all of my devices, Microsoft did.

    Drexas, first of all I am having the same issue. I recommend either going to speak to Phone Support or to Chat Support.
