I purchased a kingpin pickaxe in mincraft prisons for $19.95 and I can't find it anywhere....

Confirm that the transaction for the pickaxe is listed and marked as Completed.

And then check in the Marketplace. To do this, open Minecraft and go to the Marketplace. Look for a section like My Content or My Purchases.

Make sure that the pickaxe appears there and download it if prompted.

Next is to check your inventory. In Minecraft Prisons, check your inventory slots, hotbar, or equipment menus to ensure the pickaxe isn’t already added.

Then synchronize your game, once you see the purchase was completed from your Order history. Kindly log out of your Minecraft account and exit the game.

Restart your device. Log back into your Minecraft account and check for the pickaxe.

Only games that are
Play Anywhere titles can be purchases on the PC or console and played on both. Since Mincraft is not a Play Anywhere title, you would have to purchase the console version in order to play it on the console.
