    My XBOX Game Pass account is tied to a unknown EA Account's email that is not mine. I have already asked EA, they can't help me, what else can i do.

    I can get into the Illegal EA account by way of the xbox app, but because the email is unknown to me everytime i try to unlink it says it will send a verification code to that email.

    Its frustrating, i need help else i will stop all my subscriptions with microsoft and move, i dont understand i proof the xbox account and xbox gamertag is mine, why cant they just remove the illegaly linked ea account from me

    Hi Yeenoiz. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    The account connection is created on EA's side, therefore it can only be unlinked from EA's side.

    When signing in to the EA website, choose to login with your Xbox profile. This should allow you to access the linked EA account.

    If you can get into the account, follow the steps on EA's help page to unlink the account: https://help.ea.com/help/account/unlink-gaming-accounts-from-ea-account/

    The email and password would be tied to your EA account that is connected to your Xbox account. You will have to go through EA to change anything.

    i'm sorry but only they can change their account system. Linking is mostly a shortcut for sign up and to verify you have access to subscription services. Everything happens on their computers

    Mine just says MOH. To those that have not gotten an email I just read on the ea forums that this was just the first wave of emailings. There are more to come. If you have an ea account make sure your xbox gt is synched to your ea account.

    Gamepass PC - EA Linking doesn't work

    I have exactly the same problem. I don't even know what EA account has been linked to my Xbox account. I can't even tell you if it's mine. I've been gaming online since the 90s and I suspect at some point EA have acquired a game title for which I have an account and it's been linked to my Xbox account.

    EA tell me the account is "deleted" but won't remove the Xbox link. It's a ridiculous situation and I can't link Xbox to my real EA account while the current link exists. The link between Xbox and EA should be a 2-way agreement where it can be severed from either side. I've been on to EA reps for 5 hours. They really are awful.

    As it stands I can't ever play EA games through Game Pass and I'm cancelling my membership until there is a better solution in place.
